The purpose of this Technical Note is to provide information of the new ASI questionnaire that determine the level of compliance with the ISM Code, in order to prepare the ships for the Port State Control inspections; and additionally, to improve the planning maintenance to ensure the safe operation of ships.
Panama Flag State Inspectors will perform additional survey based on the mentioned questionnaire, during the Annual Safety Inspection (ASI) from September 2nd to December 31st of 2024.
