The purpose of this technical note is to inform the issuance of the MMN-01/2024 from Panama Flag Registry which the main purpose of to inform to the Ship Owners, Operators, Masters about the new ASI questionnaire regarding the Concentrated Inspection Campaign on MLC.
The purpose of this new ASI questionnaire is to determine the level of compliance with MLC, in order to prepare ships for the Port State Control Concentrate Inspection Campaign which will be held from September 1st until November 31st, 2024; and additionally to improve the planning maintenance to ensure the safe operation of ships.
